Payment & Cancellation

Idolbronze accepts American Express, Visa, MasterCard, and Discover credit cards, as well as PayPal. We also accept personal checks, money orders, and bank wires. Payments must first clear before sculptures are shipped.

Cancellations will only be considered if the request is made within 20 hours of placing an order, provided that the shipping process has not yet been initiated for the same Order.

Return

Idolbronze will accept returns on any purchases within 7 days for a money-back or exchange. No questions asked! Shipping charges are refunded on returns that are the fault of Idolbronze, or if there is the unlikely event of damage during shipping. Idolbronze does not refund shipping charges if the customer simply does not like the statue. A 4% service charge is applied to returns. The return fee and shipping charges are waived if Idolbronze or the shipping company is at fault. If the customer is returning the sculpture, it must be sent back fully insured and postage paid to our India address. Ordering for Indian (Domestic) Customers

1. The prices as mentioned on the website include GST as applicable on the product as per Indian laws.

2. If you are interested in buying any of our statues, then you may proceed through our regular checkout or call in your order at our contact page. Idolbronze is the first of its kind to offer Domestic SHIPPING absolutely FREE, thus evolving the competition to a higher level, which is of course a win-win situation for the Customer. All the Orders are delivered to your doorstep within 3 days.

3. Once the Order is placed and it has been processed at our end, the Customer will be provided with a Tracking ID which can easily be used to track the Order. Idolbronze prefers to use Delhivery and DTDC for Domestic and Fedex/DHL for International shipping. Hence, the customer can rest assured that it is a completely Safe, secure, and Trusted way to ship the Statue to your place.
