Shipping Policy
Orders are typically processed within 3 business days upon receipt or within the specified lead time indicated on the website for each product. Please note that we do not process or ship orders on Sundays or holidays.

2. North India – 12 days
in case of delay by logistics, there is a small delay in delivery.
Refunds
Refunds are processed only for approved returns due to damage or wrong product delivery.Upon receiving your return product and assessing the condition of the item, we will proceed with processing your return. Kindly allow a minimum of 10 days from the receipt of your item for the return process to be completed. Refunds may take 5 working days to reflect on your credit card statement, subject to your credit card company’s processing time. You will be notified via email once your return has been processed.

Customers must notify us within 7 days of delivery. Returns must be dispatched only after approval from our team. Returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original packing tags and labels attached.
Returns are accepted only in case of damaged or wrong product delivery.For approved returns, return shipping charges will be borne by Idol Bronze.

To initiate a return, securely package the item in its original packaging. Include your proof of purchase with the order number.
Special Cases on Return & Refund
The following works cannot be returned
1. We highly recommend a clear 1080-pixel unboxing video of the product strongly.
2. For Customized products we provide Replacement only, no refunds.
3. If the Product is in used Condition we don’t accept return, refund, and replacement.
4. Returns are not accepted for change of mind or normal wear and tear.
